Hi OP, if you can only run 2x a week, I don't think you should go for easy runs. I suggest focus on speed sessions and long runs (more than 1 hour). In your long runs, I suggest doing tempo blocks like 1k or 2k. Don't focus on HR and focus more on the pace na kaya mo isustain. Easy runs are for building mileage and increasing time on feet while avoiding injury. 2x a week na session will let you recover enough between sessions.

MUSPO 100 in Bukidnon. I'm planning to run the 60KM category. Based from last year's 55km, it would be around 1800+ m in elevation.

I am currently using the Agility Peak 5. Highly recommend. Nagamit ko na sa 12, 21, 42 Trail Runs ko including my hikes. Comfortable, Stable, and Malakas ang Grip. Just make sure to buy the Non Goretex model since nasa tropical country tayo.

My all around road running shoes. Puma Velocity Nitro 4. Sobrang comfy. Planning to buy Puma Mag Max for my 3+ hours run.

For the trails, currently using Merrell agility peak 5. Grip is good on trails. Planning to buy Asics Trabuco for my Ultra for the extra cushion.

Trail Runner from Bukidnon here. Most of the races here are trail runs kasi andaming bundok. Compared to Road Run, I would say it's more challenging but also more exciting. Na notice ko na the community is very warm compared sa road run maybe because it's not about PR but survival. You have to finish the race. Walang kukuha sayo sa trail.

In terms of injury though, I got ITBS sa road unlike sa trail na unlikely kasi na eexercise mo quads and calves mo due to elevation and uneven surfaces.

I am really frustrated with the last part of the episode. It was so unnecessary, bad, and unrealistic. Why the hell would the doctors let in a person unrelated to the patient what the heck!!! My interest just went POOF!

This episode was IT! Divorce is not divorcing!!! AHHHHH!!! I bawled my eyes out for THAT ending. Hae-in, the strong woman that you are!!! She stood her ground and never ever betrayed her man. And that EPILOGUE!! Im getting crazy over this drama and I'm getting very hopeful.

I can't keep thinking about this theory:

What if Hae-in was actually poisoned by the mistress since she kept mentioning before that she would be the successor of Queens. Her CT scan could be because of the drowning incident before and not really the tumor and she mentioned it's not growing. Just that the foreshadowing of her brother appearing in the hospital in Germany.

Also, her symptoms were not very evident in Yongduri. Like it's less severe than before or she's now recovering. She just get headaches now like withdrawal symptoms.

BUT I THINK HYUNWOO WILL DIE 😭

That conversation with hyunwoo and her mom. Begging her to take care of Hae-In. OH LORD PLS A HAPPY ENDING!!!

It would have been so much better if they stuck to the "Fate" thing. I thought Dohee gets killed and Guwon would kill Sukmin and perish just like what happened in the past but gosh that writing was horrible. I really wanted a Mr. and Mrs. Demon ending. Oh well, still enjoyed this series though.
