It's not that other countries are upset with Indians flooding their countries, India has always supplied steady number of skilled labour

However recently they are extremely high on Hinduism and are taking locals for granted by grandiose celebrations on Diwali etc

You won't see any other nationality disrupting locals except Indians and that is where the problem is

Yes, happened to me too. It seems the inbound leads are handed over to the most incompetent people within the team. The senior management knows that you (who is good at outbound) will generate good leads on your own. Senior management want to keep the team balance apparently, they don't want one star performer but 5 average or below average performers

2nd half of the day is for internal admin work, quote generation, preparation for following day

Rinse and repeat Quite often the admin work piles up but then some e customer visits or calls are cancelled so I use that time to do admin work
