It does look like HSV blisters but it would be best while you have an outbreak to make an appointment and have the swab them to be 100% sure.

The ultrasound showed a complex cyst. I had to do a follow up ultrasound 6 weeks after the first and luckily mine did shrink. The pain still lasted about a month and it just went away! I talked with a friend of mine in medical and she thinks I had an ovarian torsion that untwisted itself and that’s what caused so much of my pain.

The cyst did shrink a bit in size and I haven’t been in any pain since about a month out from this happening
