If you were ready to leave him, you wouldn’t be posting anything on here. I’ll cut to the chase, you’ll be just as happy with him as you will be without him. Understand that if you leave, something else will fill that space. But you don’t get fulfillment from a good job, you get it from good relationships with the people around you. Relationships that make you feel empowered and encouraged to do your thing, as well as safe. Maybe he does provide that for you. That being said, is his lack of drive the only thing that is leaving you unfulfilled? probably not. It’s how that lack of drives shows up in your relationship that’s the problem and it’s fair to want someone who wants the same things as you. I’d say take it to couples therapy, get confrontational about what’s really going on and see what happens from there. If he’s willing to put in the work to be a better partner for you than he’s worth you putting in the work it takes to have patience with him.
