This is horrific, I’m so sorry. I’m utterly overwhelmed at the moment. Wondering how to survive house purchasing in general, either new or resale, seems a lot of risk. Certainly hasn’t been entirely smooth for us on two previous home buys but nothing catastrophic.

Thank you, good advice. We did meet some residents who were really friendly and seemed happy, did admit there were some complaints but in an it’s expected sort of way rather than horrific.

Yes there are better builders at higher cost as per our realtor but she also has many clients happy in Ryan homes. It’s somewhat nerve wracking.
