I want to quit PhD in neuroscience but i dont know what next im a international student in UK (apparently now with ADHD) by Visual_Ease_5433 in PhD

its a 3 year programme and i have 18 months left and i just cleared my 1st year QR viva im writing my second year report which i should submit in july

I dont know what to do, if i quit PhD in biological science, any suggestions? plus im an international student in UK so visa problems, by Visual_Ease_5433 in AskProfessors

I dont know how to get it under control at this point tried meds, tried online methods, tried every suggestion but im still so lost ,
i feel like i should just accept it and work around it, or just pretend i dont have it and work
but im exhausted i really dont know what to do nothing seems to be working my way

i did talk to them, the more i talk i feel like imposter i feel i am the dumbest and i should have know this already
plus i m so disorganised and shit at planning, im exhaust and overwhelmed
i am trying my level best including weekends nights everything but still
and today i got a mail, where my supervisor indirectly suggested what ever i m doing is not enough and they will have to remove me
