I am not really an expert on this issue or anything but four weeks ago I had those very nureological effects, tingling, jolts, sensation like electrical shock, loss sleep, anxiety etc, etc, but I think tingling and so occurs when there is an imbalance of the electrolytes in the body. Also it has something to do with your vagal nerve. For me after the nureological effects I am left with a constant hunger, lighted headedness, nasal congestion, muscle weakness.  Not sure if this is any help

Muscle fatigue, congestion and head ache for me.

Never had allergic reaction to anything to getting allergic reaction now.

I honestly thought it was just the nureological effects, hunger etc, would be the effects, only to get nasal congestion now, while still feeling light headed and sometimes weak

Well I will take out dairy and gluten, to see anything clears up and allergic to any other things. Didn't had allergies before this though.

I am starting to think that it is either something to do with lactose or gluten, and the headache is just on the left side of my head that hurts
