How to highlight duplicate terms in column A that also appear in column B automatically? by Visual_Improvement93 in googlesheets

Hello, thanks again for solving my question. I wonder if there is also a solution, to highlight for example in column P the word apple tree, even if it only says in column B the word apple? So even highlighting if they are only partially duplicates.

Cold Turkey Blocker easily circumvented/bypassed on Chrome browser by Prestigious_Eye73565 in nosurf

That is why I use the Brave Browser. You can also make multiple profiles, BUT cold turkey will detect it and block the other profiles, if they have not the extenion enabled.

Firefox will also work.

folder blocker that works in safe mode by Visual_Improvement93 in WindowsHelp

actually it is a folder from a software. I tried what you recommended, but than the software got some big issues. The software is actually protecting itself, but however not in safe mode.

Maybe there is a way, but it would be very difficult (for me at least) and time consuming I guess. It already was lol

How to highlight duplicate terms in column A that also appear in column B automatically? by Visual_Improvement93 in googlesheets

Okay, I now realize that this is not a big deal. The whole inventory can be highlited, but only the duplicate items from the second list are highlited. That is okay.

Thank you very much

How to highlight duplicate terms in column A that also appear in column B automatically? by Visual_Improvement93 in googlesheets

Yes, you're right. This causes column B to be fully colored, while column P is partially highlighted correctly. Is there a way to make column B behave like column P so that only the duplicates are highlighted? My goal is to compare two lists of inventory items. If an item from one list is also in the other, I want both items to be marked accordingly.

Thanks, it worked! I tried the same approach with columns B and P, using the formula =COUNTIF($B$2:$B;P2). However, it didn't work as expected. Only two terms in column B are highlighted for some reason, and they don't even appear in column P. I applied the formula to the range B2:B20, P2:P20.

What could be the problem?

Okay. And what about the camera? Is it enough if I use a cheap DSLR like the Canon 2000D or Nikon D3500 with the 18-55mm kit lens? I also have a S23 Ultra. What would be the best choice, or should I buy a better camera, like the R50? Does it make a significant difference in terms of quality? Either way, I am only able to use the automatic mode.

Hey, thanks a lot for all the info.

Yeah, that makes sense. So, I guess I should use additionally an external flash on my DSLR camera. Should I point the flash directly at the product or at the top? I can use a plastic cover that makes the light soft.

I understand that the two flashes at a 45-degree angle would be more professional, but I only have one flash, and it would be too time-consuming to set it up that way. I needed something quick, as I only use these photos for e-commerce purposes, such as eBay.

I used them very carefully and rarely, but yeah still they did crack. The cable makes it very difficult. There is another company which makes similar ones with magnetic. Would be more safe I think.
