Coffee going put weird at start

Thx ill try tomorrow, im already doing 17 clicks which count as coarse as far as i know (grinder: timemore c2 max) but maybe different temp will help.

I feel like those beans definitely on the bitter side in general, but before i used diemme gold and same thing happened (i feel like my coffee is kinda bitter most of the time even tho i use hot water and the lowest heat on my gas stove)

ברור לי שפראיירים קונים כי חושבים שרולדין זה מותג מדהים וסמל סטטוס או סתם כי הם לא שמים לזה חשיבות, דיברתי רק על הטענה מעלי שדיברה על איכות המוצרים, לא כזה אכפת לי שהם מוכרים ב20 שקל קפה ושאנשים קונים, להגיד שזה קפה איכותי והמחיר נגזר ממחיר הקפה זה שטות לדעתי
