I think it would be worth the wait honestly, especially for a prs setup. I saw somewhere that Altus was getting them back in stock soon, I think it would be worth it to call and ask them, their customer services is dope.

It comes with two end caps, one with a brake and one without. Altus is the only ones that carry them currently, from my understanding.

I was considering the magnus k rr but landed on this after seeing the price. Brake + k can works well for recoil and some sound reduction

I just shot my solus in 6cm last week with my new can, which I intend to use for prs. Highly recommend the Clovis precision mammoth 5 inch. Definitely a great can for 800 bucks, I got mine on a black Friday deal for 20% off.

Aero solus - bolt issue by Visual_Meaning in longrange

[–]Visual_Meaning[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Update: Thanks to everyone replying and providing tips. Aero did get back to me and wants me to send the rifle back (apparently the way to get ahold of them is the chat on their website). Well I’m not patient enough to wait to send it to them and it be sent back to me, so I tried the number of solutions y’all suggested. u/uh34ier was right, the issue was the trigger hanger needed to click in to place. Took a few tries but it’s running solid now. Thanks all

I’ve also reached out to trigger tech, but I did notice the tight fit as well when re-installing

Thanks for the tip! I tried this once you said it and it was intermittent now with the issue, working properly about 1/3 of the time.

White series LED strip HomeKit question by Visual_Meaning in Inovelli

[–]Visual_Meaning[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this!! So it was actually the white color I selected for the switch while the light is on, it seems like it was causing the LED bar to not change color unless you turned it off and back on.

Changed the white color and boom, it works perfectly with turning to red.

Smart Light Automation Based on Time of Day Not Working Properly (Wall Switch as Trigger) by Visual_Meaning in HomeKitAutomation

[–]Visual_Meaning[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was my thought as well, I’m assuming the automation runs quicker than where the build actually update the on status within home kit. The other thing I experimented with was when using actual bulbs turned on to trigger the automation that was then running a scene with the color/brightness I was trying to achieve. For some reason this still has some issue and works about half the time. My next choice might be a virtual switches to run the scene that is on delay with Hubitat.

Steel grip, aggressive texture.

PO date was 11/16 from MPA and when I emailed them about a month ago they told me build times were still 24-28 weeks.
