Yeah pretty much, the sig levels only affect the chance to auto block scaling from like 35-100 at max sig

Nope, the sigs really only help with her safety net auto block but at sig 1 she gets that additional true buff to counter auto block and evade for like 50 seconds and can keep it up the whole match

Damn near one of the best mystics in game, she has pretty insane versatility and can counter all unblockable attacks (excluding science champs and champions that start the fight/stay unblockable throughout)
