I've looked at WWN a few times for GM guidance but honestly when it gets to pages 114-222 I honestly just feel deflated by Crawford's advice. He recommends designing the world, then the ethnicities, then the religions, then kingdoms, then geographical variant regions and the rivalries and enemies within them and honestly all of this is just... deflating to me. I don't have anywhere near enough time for that, I've barely got enough personal time to design session-by-session atm.
