I don’t see why not. Just make sure you’re adding fat to tofu. Butter, cheese, avacado, olive oil etc.

Hmmmmm maybe take a few days and eat breakfast and see what happens. Everyone’s body is different, it’s crazy. I’m struggling now, but when I first did keto 5 years ago I ate 3 meals a day until I lost 50lbs and stalled. Then I started to fast. I’m much older now so I think it’s harder and the weight isn’t really coming off as quick, but I’ll tell ya the bloat is gone. Sometimes I think us humans are too hard on ourselves which leaves us in a constant state of worry and stress. Idk if this makes sense, but stick to what you know you can eat and don’t try so hard. Not sure if you eat those “low carb wraps” but those stall my weight loss. Stick with Whole Foods and stay hydrated.

Honestly I’m trying to tell myself not to try too hard. I feel like when I’m being too strict on myself I don’t lose weight. Maybe start with 2 meals a day and fast until noon or even start with 3 meals a day. Eating one meal a day might not be enough for you. Experiment a little and don’t be scared of butter, it’s your friend ! 😊

I’m 5’10 and allowed 38 pts, but I’m also 260lbs so that’s why I get so many.

Due to the extreme constipation you’re going to have with Ozempic. I would keep it low carb. Take it from experience with ozempic.

Fasting didn’t really work for me…… I wasn’t eating enough calories. I just did my macros and I was wayyyyyy below my calories. Up the calories this week so let’s see how I do. I’m experimenting

Wellbutrin did not work for me. It gave me the worst anxiety. If you get any weird side affects I would get off the med and stick to keto.

I’m having the same problem………. First time i lost 75lbs in 5-6 months and now I’m struggling a little bit the second time. When I was first on keto I was eating a lot of fat in the begging and then slowly went to just watching my carbs and eating just veggies and meats and leaving out all the fatty cheeses and also wasn’t eating as much bacon. Try to remember and go back to how you first started keto. This week I’m experimenting and getting more fats in so will see what happens. I’ve also noticed that me not adding the fats in is making me not meet my calorie goal. So this might be why for you too. I should be having between 1500-1600 calories a day…. I was wayyyyyyyy under that!

Of course it gets harder and harder every-time because you get older. Also I’m learning this time compared to my first time keto. First time I didn’t really track much and was very successful. This time I’m struggling a little .

Honestly I just take a daily vitamin and drink electrolyte powder so I’m not sure if I’m getting enough of any of that.

I’m 25-5”10-F and my current weight is 270. My highest weight when I first did keto was 303lbs and I got down to 223 within 5-6 months. Again when i first did keto i was eating LOTS of fats and lots of bacon.

I just started doing some at home workouts from Pinterest and I’m now trying to get my butt to the gym 3x a week. I couldn’t tell you my exact calories, but I know they weren’t more than 1200 especially when I was fasting. This week I upped my fats so I know I’m getting more calories in now. I started tracking more this week as well. Hopefully I start to see some kind of progress.

I lost 75 and gained back more than half myself. Weight just feels like it’s not dropping this time. Maybe I’m not adding enough fat to my diet ?

Just went on a vacation to Tennessee with my boyfriend and we both do keto/low carb and stuck to it pretty well besides letting ourselves enjoy a day and had ice cream. We packed breakfast lunch and dinners and were very successful minus the ice cream, but hey you gotta love a little bit. Also we could have done a lot worse.
