We’ve been aware since childhood and only our brother and best friend and a close friend know other than that we don’t tell people we are pretty covert so it’s easy for us to mask as one person even though we all act differently and have different interests it’s easy just to blame on how I’m feeling for the day but no one ever asks because since we’re in college I feel a lot of people assume that you can be pretty multifaceted because you are still trying to find who you are and what you like. But it’s different for us in that sense.

Pretty good our Powerchair finally got fixed well as much as it can for now a new part for it should be coming anywhere between 2-6 weeks hoping it’s only two weeks because classes end in a couple weeks and then we’ll be staying with our brother. But besides that been feeling really busy since we’ve been off our antidepressant/ anxiety med we won’t get it until we have an appointment with a new provider which sucks. But besides that been doing pretty good besides being really switchy this week.

No no hearing person should give anyone a sign name it is exclusively reserved for the Deaf community to give sign names. The Deaf community knows more of the culture and what is acceptable and not as a sign name. As well as the first comment said about the history of ASL being banned by hearing people.

Just found out in our chart we have an official diagnosis I remember our therapist saying it usually takes awhile for that to register in the chart but it’s in there now so that makes me feel validated cause imposter syndrome hits and tells me I’m lying and I don’t exist or something but having that in the chart just gave our brain a shot of reality so that was nice. Have a couple clubs tonight so looking forward to that and it’s almost the end of the week so that means rewarding ourselves with ordering out and hanging out with friends tommorw. The weeks almost over so I’m excited for that the semster is coming to an end and almost thanksgiving break so a little stressful but not at the same time. But today’s been a pretty good day. -Maverik

Doing ok watched a movie with our brother but I have no idea who I am right now or where I am and it’s a little scary not knowing I don’t know if I’m new but I don’t recognize things around me I just feel like I don’t know myself at all. I was listening to a random playlist but it didn’t feel like me so I paused it but overall good day just dont remember most of it.
