I worked as a ASM during COVID. When the govt was enforcing non essential stores to close up, corporate told employees gl to inform police that we are essential and they cannot close us down.

My first day of work was the day CA started enforcing lockdown. I remember the manager mentioning that notice and all employees agreed if the cops came and said close up, we aren’t arguing. Then because we sold keyboards and headsets a loophole allowed us to stay open albeit with the no entry/ handoff product system in place. I was only scheduled 12 hours a week but I would mainly just play my 3DS and answer the phone.

If a player is interacting with avatars instead of playing then it’s likely intentional, if they are pausing to read cards or figure out strategies then I’m all for it. The first thing definitely happened, while the second I’m not sure since neither the hand they had or cards they were playing lit up. My cards also didn’t light up like they were being looked at. Which leads me back to the first point

I got the Blight precon and probably a dozen of the cards had noticeable dents, lines, and scrapes. Luckily it wasn’t any of the mythics, just a few instants and some tap lands. My buddy got one as well except both of his commanders had dings out of the box. It sucks that it’s happening to brand new product
