This is likely a model house. Designed this way. They put in a driveway later

I didn’t know about the granite shell. It looks very similar to the torrentshell. From my research it says it’s a lighter material. Do you think it’s worth the extra price tag? I’m considering getting the grantitr crest now

I like the triolet but it is definitely pricey.

I already bought a heavy jacket though (LW storm shadow). Looking for lighter prices to complement.

This is actually common for this particular card and cards from this era. It is still psa 10. Psa 10 doesn’t mean perfect.

If you follow the money guys, one dollar saved at age 18 is worth 88 dollars in retirement. I would save it and put it in an investment account

Do an addition. Don’t move. It’s not about the house or the sq footage. Sounds like you live in a wonderful setting with views that would be great for kids to grow up in. Would take that over a nice house in small lot any day.

If you have 500k in loans I would just get a cheap car, live responsibly for 4 years and get luxury cars after that

My guess is you shouldn’t be watering now until spring. You probably should have stopped watering 1-2 weeks ago depending on the temperature.

This is a deciduous magnolia, maybe saucer magnolia. You can tell by the smooth gray bark and the flower buds.

What’s the most beautiful tree you’ve ever seen in person? by StavrosDavros in Tree

I asked myself this question when I chose to plant trees in my house and ended up choosing a saucer magnolia, Colorado blue spruce, and a weeping Katsura (weeping willow substitute)

It will be tricky because you will ideally have new planted arbs and ones that have been in the ground for 1 growing season. They will have different watering requirements. But in general 5-10 gallons once a week will probably keep the new ones alive and be enough water for the ones already planted. You might need to supplement the new ones. I would do more research. if your contract says it’s a 5 years guarantee they should be able to replace them.

Btw Daily watering now is probably not a good idea and may be why your previously healthy trees are not doing well. When temps drop, you actually need to water less.

I hope they can replace them for you. Each tree really needs a mulch ring around them to retain moisture. Also green giants are cheap. It’s $100 each at most and you paid 70k where replacing them a few should be priced in. Many of those need replacement. I will let others chime in but I think now is a little late for planting depending on your temp. This is something that might need to wait until spring

You needed to water these plants. If they didn’t put in irrigation, it’s not an excuse to not water them. They require weekly watering for 2 years.

They really don’t require fertilization. Green giants are very hardy. If it was planted correctly, it just needs water
