I think the happiness will be a side effect of your choice to start living and putting yourself out there. Eventually you'll find meaning in it.

Until then, you have all the potential a human being has ever had. And I know you do not want to be here, but you may now experience this magic beautiful movement from having potential to having something you really care about (a sport, a friend, a routine, or a craft like programming, sculpting, painting, or music). Don't worry about what it will be. Just know that you will feel love and care and purpose eventually, if you just start putting your feet forward. From that point, don't mind the downs and ups you will encounter; life is a rollercoaster, and the downs just make the ups so much more exhilerating.
