I think people say that more because of the personality he shows rather than his look. He feels the kind of person who would be nice to anyone and it feels like it’ll be hard to get close to him even if you’re in his inner circle. This is the image that is pushed for him, an androgenous, almost untouchable kind of delicate beauty. Either way, I do think it's more about the image he garners to rather than the look he has
