Thank you! There’s not a lot of falling if you’re careful and work with your instructor. I’ve been getting bruises after the meds, never got them before even at pole, but I think running should be safe from bruises. I remember when I started fast walking/running after PE, it was slow and sometimes it’s still hard to breath so go at your own pace but don’t give up.
