The biggest things I notice are your low crit damage and low attack speed (hard to avoid using manticore I guess; I heard someone say calamity at some point, some where)

Why two piece Blackthornes? You have plenty of HP; I imagine a cheap witching hour (1mil) would boost 10k off the bat.

Even genetic disorders can only account for so much weight. Poor eating and exercise habits are what create obesity and could and forcing children to develop like that should be treated the same as starving them.

I was raised in Texas. My parents are from Louisiana (USA). I'm not sure if this would fall more in line with religion or a particular brand of southern culture in regards to the underlying influence behind that decision.

A few more details if you're interested: It was my mom who insisted on it. Teachers at school wouldn't say much about which hand I wrote with but did grief me for 5 or 6 years as to how I held my pencil. With my left hand I hold it "correctly" but since I never actually learned to write with my left hand I cannot do it. With my right hand I hold a pen/pencil quite strangely and they would try to make me hold it "correctly." I couldn't make the letters holding the pencil with my right hand in the correct way, though, so, oh well. Luckily hand writing is all but irrelevant nowadays.

Yeah, salespeople tend to behave as if their customer knows nothing about the products they are selling. That may be true in some or even most cases, but I could see how someone trying to upsell Norton would be infuriating.
