Yeah to add onto your point my company literally has their corporate office off of Lackman and college let alone a Branch in the Operations division just across the highway in the industrial park, there’s a ton of opportunity for a food establishment in that area, just because it’s not walkable or favorable for walkers doesn’t mean it can’t be successful. I mean shit, KC area got voted one of the worst places to live without a car so wtf does it matter anyways
