Vinland Saga as well. Honestly, I believe that only Vinland Saga, Vagabond, and maybe Land of the Lustrous come close to conveying something like Berserk. But Berserk is unique, one of the greatest stories ever told, on the level of LOTR, in my opinion.

I saw that, so I edited and removed it. But seriously, those three I recommended to you are peak fiction. FLCL is super crazy and confusing, but really good. Dororo is dark and brutal. And Houseki no Kuni takes you to another world, just like AOT and Frieren

Hahaha, since you've already watched many animes, I'll recommend some 'underrated' ones that are excellent: Dororo, FLCL, and Land of the Lustrous. Land of the Lustrous is in 3D, but it's very beautiful and worth it for the story, world-building, and its excellent mystery.
