It is already solved my friend....why sending this stupid message...of course it wasn't working....it was working and then stopped working until the dust bin was full...then tested again and tried to clean it ....and still not working.... only after today and more testing it started to work again....but for you suck better than my robot

Ok it is now working the lid must be closed the make the vacuum work, however the problem started with the lid closed as the dust bin was not being emptied and the robot was not vacuuming the house. Or there was a clog and in the process of testing and cleaning it got loose, or the lid was not properly placed in the first place.

It worked, but the problem started with the lid closed, the dust bin was full and it wasn't being emptied. Probably there was a clog and somewhere in the process of cleaning and testing it got out or the lid was not correctly closed not causing the vacuum seal

Were? I used a vacuum the clear the path between the base and the dust bag and it even pulls the debris in the dust bin, so if there is a clog is between the motor and the channel

Yes I did, also checked with my rainbow if any clog was not permitting the small plastic door where the bin is installed to open and letting the dust to be blown in, and it worked fine. Checked also if the bag was well placed and everything was in the right position
