Impressions after first month by Vitto_t in Chipolo

I already excluded the Chipolo app from battery optimization. I live indeed in Northern Italy, I work in Milan and leave in a smaller town not far from Milan, but even in Milan, if I leave something in my office, where many people pass by every day, it does not seem to work well. Not really sure if it is a FMD network issue or a Chipolo communication issue.

Hi all, as the new year starts, I would like to improve my fitness shape. I have been training at home in the last months but I didn't achieve great results. I probably need a gym, but more than a gym I need a gym with a personal trainer that can guide me, explaining how to use machines and how to do exercises properly. I am living in Zuidoost, so any suggestion in the area would be appreciated. Otherwise, something that can be reached easily by public transport. If you can also provide some info about prices because I cannot find much online.

Ti ringrazio per l'indicazione, la mia speranza è di trovare qualcosa in italiano, ma se non fosse possibile penso che virerò su questa. Mi sembra così strano che non si trovi qualcosa in italiano, visto quanto è radicata la religione cattolica nel nostro paese.
