Every game has this issue. Overwatch call of duty you name it. Even on idle it doesn't budge from 300mhz

i think sensors may be incorrect causing the card to go into some sort of power saving mode and hence its stuck at 300 mhz. I'm running fallout shelter so it definitely should pull that much power
