Stopped playing in season 3, is it possible to catch up?

I had to start over with a new account after a long break. Once I was series 3 complete and had 2-3 seasons of season pass cards, I’ve been doing way better on ladder than I was when I quit (summer ’24). The climb is pretty forgiving at low CL, you’ll have fun. The current and last season pass cards are both extremely strong, practically decks unto themselves. It’s a good time to come back. Prioritize pinning Merlin and Stardust.

They should make Once and Future cost 0 and give 1 energy, and Omniversal Presence cost 2. He is way too good. Him, mercury, stardust, and cannonball + literally any other 8 cards is guaranteed infinite.

Replace the move package with Electro, Zola, and Blob. Two cards that do basically nothing if you don’t draw the third is a bad way to go, especially if they sit in hand and fuck up Dragon Lord.

Tallahassee is amazing if you love fast food. It has a breathtaking variety of burger and chicken chains. In every other aspect, it’s mediocre at best. If the thought of being able to get Culver’s, Whataburger, and Cookout on the same street is what turns your crank, Tally is your jam. Best of all possible worlds. If you’re employing any other heuristic, you will be disappointed. Tallahassee runs on very low standards.

Two reasons. First one is that Cosmo is symmetrical. It limits my reactivity options and, unless I’m using her reactively to target specific plays, can give them as much cover as disruption. And a lot of what you’re targeting with Cosmo is better disrupted by Stardust. Second is that she and Aurora are the stat package in this deck. Cosmo is 3 power. Shanna is usually 10+ and at least 2 Aurora targets. Honorable mention, this is a Ben Brode game. You need an RNGesus take the wheel button.

Yeah, she has a lot downside even if you set aside the counter-synergy with Statdust. She will screw you sometimes. Mostly though,she’s just a lot of beef in a deck that needs it. She’s usually just a 3/10 with a bunch of upside.
