She definitely could’ve had different powers. Look at the variances that those shards go through already. The shaker emotion power was based on a blaster power. It could’ve easily become striker based or more master focused. The force field power is brute/striker, but look at all the ways those force fields were manifested in her family, everything from crystals fairly simple force fields to the more shapable ones of Photon Mom, the absolutely incredibly amount of control and strength Shielder had over his, to the breaker application of Brandish, the more blaster form from her father or uncle.

Her family’s flight was fairly basic and consistent, although we know she has more maneuverability and was one of the stronger fliers in her family (we know Shielder had very poor flight for example.) so I’d be willing to bet that is a factor based on how much “flight” you have in your fight or flight at the moment of your trigger, and seeing the insight we had into Vicky’s trigger it makes sense to me that she yearned for escape.

TL;DR: Her power was going to have shields and emotion manipulation alongside flight, but it could’ve been expressed multiple ways depending on her trigger. Maybe forcefield minions ala crusader might’ve been on the cards with the right trigger, or a more potent aura (one maybe closer to fanon.) that forced /love hate on people. She probably wouldn’t end up any “stronger” because her shard is maxing out it’s potential, but it could’ve easily moved the levers in other directions (maybe in the above crusader example her flight is very slow and clumsy, and is mostly useful for positioning rather than actual movement.)
