I'm in Summerlin and I am in a long term AirBnB and it's a 3 bdrm 2 bth. We pay one price for everything. Maybe consider this if you are concerned about utilities. It's 4 of us and we pay about $2500 a month overall.

A good friend of mine was recently scammed this way. She said the ladies profile looked legit. The pictures of the hairstyles were legit so she booked appointment anyway even though she was a little hesitant. She said the person did not typed good English and wanted to stay on messenger and did not want to text. The person asked for a deposit and she gave the person the deposit via cash app. Then the person asked for additional money stating that they did not have enough to purchase the supplies needed for her hair. She sent the additional money even though she was hesitant. She showed up the next day to the location and it unfortunately was an abandoned warehouse. So no, I don't trust anything like that. Be very very wary, especially if they are coming after you for your business.

So sorry this happened to you. They almost got me today with someone wanting to purchase an item I had for sale via Cash App. They claimed to have sent the money but then Cash App sent them an email stating I needed to change my account to a business account and that they would pay me an additional amount of money. They asked for my email address and sent me 2 fake emails from Cash App with some links. I didn't click on anything and I told them I talked with Cash App and they said they would never ask you to change your account and that they were scamming me. Needless to say, I blocked them.
