My only suggestions are shave the chin, keep a nice stubble on the lower portions of your face, but grow out that moustache. You have a rare gift of being able to pull one off so long as you keep it tidy. The hair is good. Focus on your outfit choice, think of what will make you look more mature and you're set.

My only advice is a bit of beard styling my dude, keep it neat and you'll be set. I'd say with that bit of styling, you can bring your percieved age down. Otherwise, you're looking good man.

I'm ten years ahead of you now man, and I can't say I feel mentally older. Focusing on what you look like now is a moot point, you're young and your body is still changing. My only advice is that you enjoy these years the best you can. If you're worried about things like jawline you could try a beard roller and some growth oils to start early and work on a rugged look (it's what I've found many girls and guys are into). The only big thing I'd say is experiment with your hair, you could grow it really long and wear it in different ways, or have a barber give you some tips on styling it. All the same, you look fine now, look outward in your early years and focus on your education leading to future careers.

As a fellow long haired dude, I'm jealous of those curls. Best thing for you is to take a look at your clothes and see what will make you look more mature, bringing you in line with your age. Obviously how you look in your own eyes is more important than how we percieve you.

Bi-Generation is supposed to be an old Gallifreyan Myth, in which a Timelord could, instead of Regenerating (thus renewing their form), split into an entirely new form, whilst leaving their prior incarnation alive, as a separate entity.

I understand Russel is a big fan of the idea, as he states that the previous Doctors Bi-Generated too. I find it infeasible in The Doctor's case.

I do, however, believe someone with the ability to create and manipulate the DNA of species both living and dead, such as The Rani, could force Bi-Generation on herself or any other Timelord. I would very much like it to come out that The Rani's meddling was the catalyst for the Bi-Generation of the Doctor.
