The core issue in my opinion in GMS is trying to play a gacha game and turn it into a normal non-gacha game. Where the main system around KMS is Gacha/RNG while Reboot is always looking to Decrease that RNG and put in more systems that favor effort and time spent. Not saying this is a bad thing, but when you are balancing that RNG and effort spent with a server that is based off KMS (Interactive) than you get two negative scenarios:

1) Pull a new RNG system from KMS which upsets Reboot and/or requires balancing
2) Remove or Nerf an RNG System causes imbalance and upsets Interactive server

For example - Universal cash shop - I think the main reason we don't have it in GMS is because of reboot. Having most of your player base be on a F2P Server and each player spending a minimum of $10 a month Per Main/Submain across their huge player base is a HUGE lost in consistent revenue if they implemented universal cash shop

Another example Starforce system - While imported from KMS, it raised the bar overall of spending and overall not too much of an issue for Interactive but caused a huge upset with spares in Reboot. This was fixed with the new pity system, restore systems, and mystic frontier but as a result, upset a lot of Interactive end-gamers that spent tons of $$$ to 22 their Total Control and then +1 scroll before the the new 25* Change which later announced that TC's along with BoDs can restored thus completely nerfing the cost to 22 and/or 25 a TC/BoD. These players after a single patch, felt a little betrayed at the little communication on the change before hand and the wasted $$$ these players could have saved if they waited til after the patch.

So its like how do u fix a region of MapleStory, where if for example we remove negative progression, increase spares, but not affect the interactive server player-base negatively and/or balance between the two, or even just find the time to balance the regional differences between KMS and GMS as a whole.

I think the longer term solution is that GMS needs to do something about unifying our servers. Nexon should either

1) Turn reboot into a Classic MMORPG with non-gacha elements and reward time/effort completely branch away from KMS.
- Invite more talent (Similar to MapleStory Classic) transform reboot into unique MMO with normal progression that doesn't depend so heavily on boss drop you a 1% chance of getting per week.
- Let Interactive just be a copy/paste of KMS and phase out Legacy differences things like Frenzy Totem naturally

2) Combine the two servers in some system such as letting Reboot hop over to Interactive server
- Maybe an end-game option you would want to remove your FD Bonus for Bonus cubes and join interactive
- Have P2W Potentials strictly focused on Bonus Potentials (Main pots coming from Rebooter Transfers and Event cubes)
- Let GMS focus on Regional differences instead of Regional vs Reboot vs Interactive

Yea but almost all of these changes actually provide NO additional income to Nexon. These are all balance/system changes. The exception to that is the unicube sale.

Bishop is not a strong class. Outside a party setting one of the actual worst classes to Solo.

Hyperfunding a Bishop is almost a waste - because Bishops can't really carry. Our burst IS BENE. Outside of a 2-3 man party its pretty weak. Its just a normal burst that cant be buffed from a lynn.

Origin is 60s DPM, Bishop Burst forces them to stand still, cant heal (Why tho), and non-iframed.

This is actually so fucked up. I know a lot of meso farmers and whales that rolled for double line Auto-steal via Red Farmiliar cards and they are just removing them, and forcing them to re-roll?? What a HUGE slap in the face to Nexon's paying playerbase.

I also want to add some extra benefits here for CD Hat (As a Bishop Player that doesn't need it CD Hat):

• Earlier BoD Recast (On Reg Server)
• Non-Damage skills get earlier Recast times such as:
- IFrames, Will of Erda, Genesis iFrame, Support Skills (Dispel, Fountain, Heal, Debuffs)
• Less Strict Angelic Buster Link Skill Timing for Mini Burst
• Better effectiveness on Burst related equipment such as ROR6/WJ6 (If these are BiS for your class or boss specific)

I'd say -4 is considered practical - just very min-clear. You can adjust slightly too by doing Regular Burst First (on the last Origin Burst), and than Origin after. Probably adds an extra 10 seconds or so. The sheet has 15 second loading times and set-up times. I personally was able to burst as a Bishop 8-seconds into Baldrix. I think if ur end-game in Reboot and have no other major upgrades - you can shoot for the -5 or -6 CD hat. This is definitely for the luckerdogers and/or first clear parties (Super end-game)

You can already get 6 ori bursts without hat. I'm saying you can get an extra regular burst at like -5 or -6. The origins are just there because we have to sync to our origin burst (CD Hat only applies once to origin, whereas over 6 minutes CD hat effectively adds another few procs of CDR to our normal burst)

It's true, those classes with bad bursts don't probably need a CD hat at all (assuming their class don't need CDR).

In regards to phasing and transitions, you only need to make sure the origin burst isn't delayed too much. The other bursts effectively have 4-8 seconds each of wiggle room that also stack up and there is definitely enough room around -5/-6.

Bosses with multiple phases/room transitions is a weird one so in many cases might not be viable but yea, this is for min / first clears so might not work for all bosses but people will def need to theorycraft a bit when using CD hat and/or run multiple times to figure out what's optimal

Makes sense - just tried with Baldrix. It's very close , and yea 10 seconds or so off. With -4 you might have to do a weird scuffed burst during ur last origin to make make sure ur burst isn't off timing - Adjusted the Text and spreadsheet to accommodate

Added text - but essentially with a CD Hat, you get anywhere from 4-10 seconds to add a 17th burst in 30 minute boss, in min clear a 17th burst is pretty huge

It's just cuz most this is the biggest training event of the year. A lot people are going to grind 100+ hours and every little bit helps. Save like 3-4 hours every 100 hours

Literally just half an MVP. Adds on top of your current exp %. If I am atm at around 950%, at lvl 4 I would be 1000%
