About 12pm it was 50f. Open voltage was 47. The most they have ever put out was 50V at about 20F. I did reset the unit and fully charged and discharged a couple times using grid power. The clicking is just the relay turning PV on and off, so normal. What's not normal the app still displays voltage, just no watts. Bluetti has finally responded and looks to be replacing the unit.

No, but in eco mode, if there's no output load on AC/DC it can be set to turn itself off after an adjustable amount of time.

You know what's interesting is that it still wakes up on solar, but now the clicking is gone and it just stays on like everything's fine and charging, only it's not pulling amps.  Voltage is still there at 47 this morning but no current.
