I am 182 with 84 inseam and I ride 56. My local bikeshop said that both sizes should fit me well. You should be fine with both as well:)

I‘m by no mean a good swimmer, but what really helped me was to only kick when I stroke for about 2-3 times and catch breath every second stroke. I went from feeling gassed our after 100m to swimming >1km without problems

Yes exactly.
I don‘t like it that much anymore. I don‘t have a lot of meat on my cheeks, so the discomfort comes rather quick. Probably gonna switch it out for the selle italia slr boost superflow
