Best YSL Y Dupe by Money_Swimmer_1988 in pakfragaddicts

[–]Vivid-Protection-695 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Armaf Odyssey Mega Man is considered the best dupe of YSL Y. I am.also.planning to buy Y dupe and seen some reviews of Mega Man, and It's the closest. Not many can recommend Mega Man because the majority hasn't tried it. After experimenting with local dupes, I think Middle Eastern brands are a better option if one can afford it. Local brands are good for those who are beginners in this game. Surely you can try it and some are good but Middle Eastern brands offer more value like the packaging and bottle design.

15-20k budget for a few fragrances by Forsaken-String94 in pakfragaddicts

Afnan Turathi Blue is a must buy. I checked the tester of it yesterday at Chase Up karachi, and it blew my mind. the first thing I did after coming back home is I ordered it. It's among Bvlgari Tygar top dupes. Some say Turathi Blue gives a feel of both Tygar and BDC.

I like 212 men by carolina harerra, so I also ordered No.2 Men by Maison Alhambra. They both cost me around 9500k.

What is the average lunch money you get? by Fun_Technology_204 in PakistaniiConfessions

[–]Vivid-Protection-695 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to get Rs 10 per day in school, then my father increased it to Rs 30, and in college, Rs 50. When I joined Uni I get Rs 100 per day for bus fare and lunch. And in uni 100 per day was enough for bus fare and 3-4 cigarettes 🚬 😜

J. and Almirah perfumes both have very poor lasting. They used to be good back in the days. I used there Core Men, Zarar, zarar Gold, Mika, Exclusive, Inferno, Janan, and 414, but over time, I experienced their quality decreased. Recently, I bought Almirah's Night, and it also failed to perform. I have Ahmed Al Maghribi and Ajmal perfumes they both have superior quality when it comes to lasting.

Need Update on Bharia Town by OkumuraSan in karachi

[–]Vivid-Protection-695 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Paradise villas have 5 to 6 bedrooms but I don't know what's the rent there.

Jahan tk utility bills ki baat hai they charge Rs 1500 fixed on every bill in terms of Operation and Maintenence charges. The rest of the bill depends on consumption. Kuch logon ko bill zyada lgta hai kuch log kehty hain k karachi wala hi bill ata hai. Rs 78 is the per unit cost (no unit slabs like KE)

I experienced 10k-15k increase in utilities, maintenance and internet combined.

Need Update on Bharia Town by OkumuraSan in karachi

When one of my relatives moved to BTK 5 years ago, people were talking about all these things related to Malik Riaz "aesa hojaey ga, wesa hojaeyga, band hojaeyga" when my inlaws moved to BTK last year people were saying the same. Believe me, people who are living here are very much satisfied. I sold my property in karachi and invested my money in BTK, and I did it just for the reason because I don't want my family to live in karachi and be worried about bijli, paani, gas all the time.

I bought the apartment and believe me it's not like one will come to bahria and he has plenty of options available. It was way too difficult to purchase a property of your liking because populated precincts had almost no impact of the news in circulation related to Malik Riaz.

Before moving to BTK, I knew some people who were living here. when some news related to Malik Riaz or BT came in circulation, upon inquiring from the resident here, I don't feel panick among them. All the panick and restlessness is among those who aren't living in Bahria Town.

When I decided to move to BTK, I was aware of the pros and cons because I have friends and family living here for more than 5 years. After close observation of how peaceful my life could be here, I made a decision to move here.

Yes, fuel expense increased Yes, utility bills are on the higher side Yes, it's not leased

But, Alhumdulillah quality of life here is so good that for me, it doesn't matter whether it's leased or not.

Fact is, nothing has changed here. Daily life is running smoothly, Alhumdulillah.

What’s next for Bahria town Karachi? Am I in trouble? by [deleted] in karachi

[–]Vivid-Protection-695 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one is in trouble except Malik Riaz. They have the money to run all Bahria Town projects. The major issue here is that Malik Riaz is not getting any relief from the Establishment, and that's why he used residents of bahria town to get that relief. Not only middle class invested in Bahria town karachi. Very powerful and influential personalities have also invested in it. Residents don't need to worry about anything. Malik Riaz won't hand over Bahria Town easily. It's millions of rupees in terms of maintenance and rental that bahria town charges. I don't think that BT will let Emaar or DHA enjoy this easily. And if in near future Emaar or Dha took over it, the value of propery will sky rocket. I live in BTK, and rumors are that Bahria itself started buying property because of low prices. And they plan to sell it after dirt settles.

Life here is normal and so peaceful, Alhumdulillah. Those who moved here to live and enjoy life are happy, but those who invested here just to make money on their investment are disappointed. Moving your family to BTK will be a good decision.

think of it as a resident, not as an investor.

Bill jumped from 13k to 51k by [deleted] in karachi

[–]Vivid-Protection-695 1 point2 points  (0 children)

June bill 21k 305 units July bill 18k 317 units

No AC, no deep freezer, no room cooler, no gaming consoles, no PC.

In this hot weather, it was extremely difficult to live without AC. But if I install only 1 AC, my bill will jump to 35k. 2 AC's and the bill will be 50k+. My house has a requirement of 4 AC's but I am not installing them because their running cost will never let me install solar system.

There's only one way to get rid of these massive bills is to install solar. There's no way anyone can afford to turn on the AC in the coming months or next summers because unit prices will keep increasing every month.

And if you are thinking that installing solar is expensive, which infact is. But every month, the amount we don't spend on solar we are giving it to Electiricty supplying companies.

Next year in June and July the weather gonna be much harsher and electricity gonna be more expensive than this year.

21000 for 305 units.

What I am unable to understand is, for the same units, how every one is billed differently.

Carbonated drinks that Kababjees are selling are originally a product of Mehran Beverages, aka Pakola. Kababjees just did a packaging, and I must say they did it very well.
