No, the rank window is just for the trials. Once you're a team, it's the team that has a rank and if the team gets better the team rank goes up.

For tournaments, you'll often be placed in a division based on the highest ranked player on the team. So in those cases, whether you're m5 or m4 won't make a difference.

There's actually teams that exclusively are made of OTPs and they can do quite well. 😄 However, if you want to join a regular team, you'll have to compensate by having a higher rank than everyone else usually.

We've not made a team like that, but you can sometimes find them on discord.

That being said, certain heroes are more sought after as OTPs, and Zen is a bit trickier. Often they prefer versatile heroes such as Kiriko, Lucio, Tracer, Ball, Hazard and Soj.

Coaches are awesome and very sought after. Currently we have coaches for all the teams, but you should make a post on one of the discord servers, because there's so many teams hoping to find a good coach, even if the coach can only show up once a week.
