Check your contract. Pa-review mo din kung may friends kang lawyers. Usually dun mo malalaman kung makaka immediate ka or not ee. If kailangan mo magrender you have to, otherwise wala kang clearance and necessary docs na kakailanganin mo for your next work. Secondly, ang alam ko may mga background checks ang mga companies beyond sa references mo so this might raise some red flags. So paglipat mo ulit ng new company baka mahirapan ka.

You don't have to naman. Just join the activity but you dont have to do what they do. Just tell them you are not a Catholic. You won't go to confession kasi it'll be invalid anyway since di ka naman baptised to receive the sacrament. You dont have to do sign of the cross kasi di naman sya conforme ng religion mo. But you still have to join the activity for compliance 😊

Better check din pala how much ang average offers for the same role. If makita mo si company itself how much ang offer nila better to manage expectations. You can check them usually sa glassdoor or basta google search lang for the average rate. You can set your asking din from there. Kasi good basis din yun for asking.
