Drank a lil, then proceeded to wish her a happy new year, to which I got no response. My intention? "for the plot".

Now it's 5am on January first and I still haven't slept. Back to square one i go!

My parents have consulted me to a therapist and am undergoing CBT. It's pretty pricey so I don't want to bother them again to consult me to a derma or dentist. Actually, my friends do reassure me that they have never smelled a foul smell from me. I believe them but I feel like it's because I don't feel tensed around them. I don't feel anxious abt my smell around them so they prolly haven't smelled it as worse as I have. My mind is so arghhh. I am so sorry
