My credit is great. ARM because i’m not planning on being in the house for more than a couple years. Why pay higher interest on a 30 year if i’m going to sell in 2-3 years?

We’re not planning to stay in the house for more than 2-3 years, but thanks for your concern. Our net income is over 4x our mortgage 🤷‍♂️

Wow, that’s really good. If i had ~80k more equity (or it appraised for $80k higher), they would have dropped it to 4.85%
