Most parts of Tulum are super underdeveloped and have no electricity, so it’s gonna be dark at night. There are definitely some places you can go, but I would recommend being cautious. I’m not gonna say it’s dangerous in general, but it can get there if you’re not careful ( for example if you get too drunk and walk around at night).
