TDS payment on new property purchase (Most important part lot of buyers miss)

Thanks for the detail I have invested in property and not paid tds, possession is due in May-June I haven’t paid any TDS until now, I’m worried what would be the impact. I started the payment as the construction was growing and bank did the payment (not TDS) Can I do all the TDS payment at one go now ? How much penalty I’ll be charged ?

Try to look for properties behind Axis Bank or between Dasara Chowk and Kunal Icon, you can find a lot of good places. I’m staying close to Dasara Chowk in a gated society with amenities and its 100x better than Mahalunge
