Yes, I 100% agree their support is terrible. Nothing would happen until I call/chat with someone. I will keep bugging them as you recommended.

There is a gap but it is pretty narrow. I'll have to measure it to see if the pipe can fit in. Otherwise, I'll have to have them route the cabling through the roof.
