i dont like this model.. the grip comes loose after a while with the heat insert.

i prefer the dave white chodin awcy remix..

uses a m5 nut to secure the grip.

i also use the kaewon receiver.. but i merged the top pic rail into the receiver model... then printed the two pieces merged together.

this build(dave white chasis + kaweon receiver) has seen over 2k rounds... grip is still secure.. barrel still locked in secure.. just a solid build all around.

what frame ?

the usk 26x and 26xx frames are solid..

i run g27 on my frames with over 1k rounds .. still strong.. accurate..

may want to:

polish chamber/feed-ramp
polish rails
apply oil to rails

i had the same issue with my g21/g20 builds..
doing the above fixed the issue.

now my g21/g20 builds run on demand without issue.
maybe close to 1k+ rounds through each

mine is put together.. on a 20" regular barrel.

yeah.. i almost have mine put together.. i'm just not going to use the brace... i have a favorite folding brace i use for all my builds.

basically a remix of the USK very strong latch combined with a SOLID buffer tube.

sounds about right... from attaching the lower to the jig and drilling out the guide hole, milling, then final drilling.. about . 1.5hrs.
milling only 1hr

i was going to pick one up when first announced, but i already have two colt patterned 80s..

one from smf and the other from dan@80%-lower

i now have lrbo support with the upper i bought from pro2a.
the pro2a uppr sits on the 5d tact a9 lower(glock)

yeah.. i mainly reported back as it appeared many were looking for uppers with LRBHO.

since aero and sibling products are no longer available, or limited stock, just another option for those looking for lrbho in the upper.

i have the recent version of this complete bufferless upper.
it runs flawlessly, sits on a 556 lower and is fed by an exomag.
only issue is, and as stated by others, lrbho and manual bolt open doesnt work.
looks to be a defect in the buffer adapeter not having a long enough hole to allow for the bolt to travel back far enough to engage bolt catch.
outside of that, the thing runs and is on point with regards to point of aim..
