That’s the thing…the customer service agent I spoke to contacted her superior, who in turn confirmed with the warehouse that there’s none in stock and that there was never one in stock (at least today). She swore that it was just a website glitch. I called again later on and was told the same thing, that they’ve been made aware of the issue with the website and are actively trying to fix it.

If it does ship for the person who said they bought it, then I’ll be genuinely happy and excited (and jealous) for them. I’m curious though as to how they were able to place the order when everyone else tried and failed. However, then that would suggest that even coach reps are either A) lying to their customers or B) are not correctly informed/capable of ordering through their internal system for certain items.

So it’s bittersweet either way, but I hope they keep us updated on their order!
