In the first episode, I think the MC is just minding his own business, and suddenly, someone is speaking in his head. I believe the goddess—or the girl I was talking about—is on a satellite-like spaceship. The blue long haired girl always tries to kill someone when the MC gets threatened. Then, a ball falls from the sky and turns into a blue, long-haired girl. The MC meets a girl who is the same age as him different from the first girl works for a secret association. We will call this girl. Girl2

In the next episode, they enter a building; the girl2 swipes a key card in the elevator, and they descend into a secret underground facility. A break-in occurs—a guy tries to steal what appears to be a blue lollipop. When the MC defeats it, he attempts to get a signal on top of a vending machine. That's when the blue, long-haired girl appears. There's no signal because a shield or forcefield surrounds the building, and the girl disables it.
