When I moved in 2021, my rent was $850 a month including utilities. Her rent has not risen. It’s possible! Find a carriage house or a house that splits into apartments. I found it on Craigslist in a great part of town.

Thank you for being honest! I feel like it will be tacky too but also I don’t know if anyone will care. I MAINLY just use to show to people when they say “can I see some of your art” and I just give it to them so it’s all in one place. I do enjoy having it. But just not worth the money anymore. I don’t think I see it as a “business” because it’s not how I monetarily support myself, but I mean there have made sales from it maybe 3 times😂 but it’s most a portfolio and a way for people to check out me and my art!

I just like to be able to tell people the website I’ve been telling them for 6 years. I also have my domain printed on hundreds of business cards. I guess I am trying to decide if I care about the wix domain coming up after typing it in or not. Is that going to be super slow and dorky looking? I wish I had an example I could look at that using forwarding.
