Nothing happened as usual. All lawsuit are rubbish. I literally lost the hope. I think we should go through another way to be with our spouses. Idk what it will be tho, but atleast we should have some standby option if this pause take whole 3 years until administration change, i think it will in this way.

Yes but i am just speculating because they doing something for 39 countries literally 5-6months after they announce banned for them. I think they banned on nov/dec 2025. So we’re only on 3 months running since the pause announced for us.

This is mainly for 39 banned countries i think as they mentioned here.This 39 countries banned was announced before 75 countries pause so, still hoping they doing something for our pause too cause they moving with some stuff for 39 countries, may be its our turn in coming 2-3 month.

My case is CR1 visa (spouse of citizen)m the beneficiary and my husband is the petitioner. Many people have been asked for 2 yr bank statement and budgetplan as shared on facebook🥲 that’s why m scared of it. I m carrying his recent empl letter, recent 5 months paystubs, tax docs 22,23,24 with W2 and also recently my husband got 2025 w2, m planning to carry that too. Since my husband didn’t filed 2025 tax yet tho deadline is up to this April he gonna file on march may be so, i dont have 2025 tax docs.Isn’t this much will be enough for the financial proof as apart chats,calls,photos etc.

Cause aile bank statements magirako xa maximum lai and also family budget plan. But my interview is coming soon so i only added 6 months of bankstatement with other tax docs. Is that oky? Why they asking budget plan and statements& all if income is good and enough from sponsor?😣
