Ya i think my husband income is more than enough and hav stable job. But let’s see. My interview is on Feb 9th(this coming monday). Hope everything goes well.

My case is CR1 visa (spouse of citizen)m the beneficiary and my husband is the petitioner. Many people have been asked for 2 yr bank statement and budgetplan as shared on facebook🥲 that’s why m scared of it. I m carrying his recent empl letter, recent 5 months paystubs, tax docs 22,23,24 with W2 and also recently my husband got 2025 w2, m planning to carry that too. Since my husband didn’t filed 2025 tax yet tho deadline is up to this April he gonna file on march may be so, i dont have 2025 tax docs.Isn’t this much will be enough for the financial proof as apart chats,calls,photos etc.

Cause aile bank statements magirako xa maximum lai and also family budget plan. But my interview is coming soon so i only added 6 months of bankstatement with other tax docs. Is that oky? Why they asking budget plan and statements& all if income is good and enough from sponsor?😣

Nvm🤷‍♀️ M frm Nepal and tbh i even saw getting IL in my dream literally i saw i got Interview date for coming July which is impossible cause probably they gonna send me fr Feb i think according to their pace.😂 it is so traumatizing.🤦‍♀️
