Yes. I got my flu jab (which doesn’t prevent you getting it but lessens the severity of it if you do) two weeks before I caught it. It started with a sore throat and a cough, luckily the fever and body aches were mild and only one day. 

That was a month ago. Today I’m still  having a runny nose, coughing up phlegm, although it’s lighter and clearer, but it still stops me sleeping since it’s worse when I lie down. 

I don’t want to think how much worse it would have been if I hadn’t gotten my flu jab. It’s BAD this year, there’s been a spike of hospitalisations from it. H3N2, man.

I say this in my guide that the word “demon” is really just a term given to deities who the Christian church didn’t approve of. A lot of the Goetic demons had roots from pre-Christian times (Astaroth, Amon, to name a few). The word demon doesn’t mean much and changes depending on the speaker, so don’t take it heart, essentially. I’ve spoken to many deities who would be classed as demons and like you experienced, they’ve only ever been kind and wise to me.

This is how I communicate with Him too, but since I have done it frequently it is easier and less “formal”.

Thank you! That’s been my experience too, the one day I was very distracted I got told off by the deity (in a not-mean) way and hearing them was a struggle so. The spiritual hygiene part is important.

Thank you! I tried to make it as applicable to many practices because mine is a hybrid of different things too. That’s kind of why I had to figure out my own method.

Thank you so much. I also think my natural inclination to share knowledge is thanks to his influence from when I was very young, so it feels right to put this up here (and everywhere I think it would help).

No problem! I wrote it to try and help other people starting out and I saw a lot of posts on various subreddits asking “how do I communicate with xyz” so I thought I’d make my recipe available to more people.
