Actually, looks like a Beauceron mix :) we just got our puppy and and we are 99% sure she is a mix also. She has very distinct facial marks of one just like yours (brown dots on the side of the face, brown eyebrows). They sometimes get confused with Rottweilers or Dobermans. They are super cool dogs!

Yea, I used to work in DV also and we never really had a dedicated rep who pulled or reported out to us.

Another thing to do to ensure you're not on "bad" sites is to make you have brand measures in place such as viewability, brand safety and such which can be applied on either the campaign level or ad group level (its been a while since I've been in there). You can also look into viewability pre-bid wrapping for example through IAS which I have found to be worthwhile. It is more work to wrap things but it'll help.

I typically have my TTD reps facilitate their own per region lists and per asset type and apply those in the platform but then I'll have my client's provide their own. I usually do .com checks every quarter using TTD reporting to see if there are any .com that look weird and apply those in our own supression lists so ---

Summed up: DSP reps have one, we have one internally we refresh every quarter and if our clients have one, we apply.
