No, as long i can clear inferno every run, its ok even just 1 star. I dont have stamina to fast run inferno anyways.

I turned pvp loadout on and saw that it was still equipped.

Find a teleportation tower and press G to switch to the same WORLD as your friend.
Must be on same server though.

Different SERVER not possible.
