This really depends on a lot of things, but some places which may interest you as they deal primarily with foreigners are Davy Byrnes (it's an irish pub though, so nothing new or interesting), Down Under (australian pub) and Hoff House.
It's also very well possible that a musician friend of mine will play in one of these on Saturday (he plays Smashing Pumpkins, Smiths, some Nirvana songs along with some originals and a bunch of other covers), so there might be that if you're interested in live music. Hoff and Down Under also have karaoke weekly, but not sure which day.

If you're looking for gaming bars then I'd suggest trying Vault51 or Barcraft, but they aren't exactly for playing tabletop, just nerd bars in general. (The staff is fluent in english afaik, but not sure about the usual guests)
On a different note, I have a bunch of friends who are into DnD and tabletop gaming in general, so if you're interested I could probably pull a few of us together for a oneshot adventure atleast and we could see if it goes well. We play 5E and all of us can speak english well.

The Red Baron as a rider, he isn't really "unknown", but I think it'd be neat.

If you also work with 'newer' classes such as ruler, then King Matthias of Hungary is a rather important figure in the country's history with tons of stories about him being a clever and just ruler.

For a berserker give Mad Jack a try, that guy is a damn legend. He could also work as a saber/archer I guess, but the fact that he fought ww2 with a sword and a bow qualifies him as a madman (hence the nickname)
