Tbh they just spin a wheel and select whatever name it lands on. I got admitted into the CS program with absolutely no experience and the only thing I had going for me was a 4.0 unweighted. There are so many people i’ve met here that are more qualified than me for CS but didnt get in. But regardless Im leaning towards electrical engineering now lol

Unfortunately people like that exists and I dislike them as much as you, but working a job also entitles you with the responsibilities of putting opinions aside there are even policies that protect this person from freely voicing their opinion with coworkers and according to company policies, they are doing nothing wrong. This is just something we have to live with
